The Pink Stuff - A Great Tradition

The Pink Stuff has become something of a tradition at UKCampsite.co.uk meets - but what is it?!

It all began at our first Meet at Billing Aquadrome in May 2003, when now regular meet attendee Tklybeard appeared from his Motorhome and produced a strangely inviting looking pink liquid in a large bucket then offered it around to everyone.

A few plastic cups full later and everyone seemed to be sold - what a great icebreaker and hmm .. delicious!

Since then the Pink Stuff, as it has been christened, has made regular appearances at each UKCampsite.co.uk meet, and has fast become a great tradition. We thought we'd share the recipe with you all , so no one misses out on this magical pink brew.

What you will need 1 bottle of Vodka 1 bottle of White Rum 1 Litre carton of Grapefruit Juice 1 Litre carton of Cranberry Juice (MAKES IT PINK!) Lemonade to taste Serve in large bucket with LOTS of ice Flies - optional!

We'd recommend you practice making and drinking the Pink Stuff at home, so when you come to a meet you know exactly what to expect! Don't forget to have a chair nearby !
