Thanks
I just have to hope for good weather. I am also looking for some pole "C" clips (the ones that clip down onto the pole not the straight on the end type)
Roll on the better weather, I've still got lots to do. Managed to sort out the base on the kitchen (rotted out), replaced with plastic and aluminium. Worked well
Crossbars made for the bedrooms (with the C clips)
Started on the kitchen, having replaced the floor (due to rusting away) I've now replaced the gas fitting, now 8mm and clipped for security. Whale inlet fitted so that we can have running water. Next step will be to repair the lid (may have to replace).
It's all coming along nicely, will add more photos shortly.
Why not run a tuck seam down the centre of the cabin arch liner, and move the support bars for the edges of the bedroom liners in a bit? It would get rid of the droop.
Thanks Val.There are plans for improvements like that, the problem is having to set it all up to see what needs doing. The workshop I can use on Saturdays is not always available. If the weather is "good" this week, I'll try and get it up in the garden. It is possible as well to erect the tent and then open the trailer. I'll keep the info going
Looks a good prospect so far.Why not try Clingons to raise and fold the pods. I've used this method with my inner tents in my awning, works a treat as you can move the Clingons to any position you want, and "C" clip the tapes to the best poles available

Thanks I'll give them a try. Just been doing a few more mods
Gas bottle carrying frame and socket for light circuits (not wired for connecting with car)
2 Calorlite bottles and a locking chain as anti theft
Spare wheel added to bottle carrier.
New blue cover should be here this week and new wheel bearings. May have to change the tyres as there is side wall cracking where it has been stood for some time
Wheel bearings now replaced. The tyres will be next (if I can find a good deal) I tried some mini wheels at the weekend but the PCD is wrong (only just).
Wheel bearing part numbers if you want to replace yours
Inner 6205-C3 sealed
Outer 6203-C3
Got them from The Bearing shop and at £14.30 inc delivery, a good deal I thought.
