Makes it real quick to get on and off. The jubilee clips allows it drop back on the trailer in the exact position to line up with the predrilled locking holes. There are a few and these allow for different heights depending on how the trailer is packed.<o:p></o:p></SPAN>
<SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Once the bikes are off the hand wheels to the cross bars can be loosened so the whole thing can lay flat under one of the under bed pods away from prying eyes (given the cost of scrap metal these days).</SPAN>
