Due to a matrimonial split we have no opton but to sell the Pathfinder, just wondering if anyone can give an idea on how much to ask? It is 2004, brilliant condition, Powrtouch mover fitted. Will be putting an ad on here but just hoping someone can advise - have looked on e-bay and prices are wide ranging. Thanks for any help at this difficult time.
if you need to sell quick £5.300 with mover fitted and condition is very good , you should acheive this , if in no hurry go for £5.999, and you might sell at that before end of summer , what you have to remember is cash buyers at the top end are few and far beetween and have a lot of choice to go for and plenty of barter power , Ebay is ok but costs are high even if it does not sell . dealers will offer very little maybe as low as £3.500, but try ringing a few you never know they might have a customer in mind for a pathfinder , Good luck with it which ever route you go
If you have a look on various classified ads sites you will get a better idea of what they are going for. Over the last couple of weeks I have seen them range from £5600 up to £7200. I would test the waters at £6800 - £7000 and see how it goes.
Sorry to hear that Jane. Try the pennine owners club as well for the ad. I would hope to achieve £6500 for ours which is a year older. (not that ours is for sale)
------------- Good friends are hard to find, difficult to leave and impossible to forget.
Thanks Jan - sad in one way, but a relief in another - I couldn't bear it any longer - got to 7 half stone and on the verge of the loony bin, literally. It's going to take some sorting, and I shall be destitute, but there you go ...
You would not happen to have any extras for sale like the rear bike rack or awning bedroom extensions? if so would you consider selling them separatley?
the problem is we all (and that includes me ) think our oufits are worth a lot more than people are willing to pay ,yes steer their are loads of classified ads out there advertising them at much higher prices , but they are not selling at those prices , even on ebay when you get above a certain price wanted , no one will pay it , cash buyers at the top end are very few and far beetween and can haggle thousands of overpriced adverts if people want to sell ,
