As anyone got a Cabanon trailer tent if so what do you think to them ? We have been looking at all makes trailer tents. We do like the Cabanon apart from the beds dont look very think! Thanks H
We have the Cabanon sirocco the canvas is good the saturn & minstral were are choices but felt they were to big for our needs so chose the sirocco it has turned out to be a gem it has taken wind rain and the beds are comfy
We bought the Cabanon Atlantis last Easter and love it. It does take longer to put up than the smaller TT's in the range but it is lovely to have all the space inside when you have all the awning up, especially with 3 boys two of whom have trouble breathing each others air at times. We have not been lucky enough to camp when the weather is really hot, but when we do, it will be nice to be able to move the front panel back and have a big porch for sitting under outside. When we went to Bridport, Dorset, last August the TT withstood the gale force winds which occurred at least 3 of the 6 nights we were there. Good luck with your choice.
Cabanon and Conway use the same trailer for their TTs - or at least they did on my 2002 trio. We looked at Cabanon, and a few others, but settled on theTrio as it was bigger and had a better kitchen. We do have a cabanon carry rack, as theirs was cheaper than the Conway.
The mattresses seem okay to me, but then I like to sleep on a fairly firm mattress. When we were looking at the Cabanon range last year, all the mattresses looked the same.
I have an Atlantis and can confirm the beds are very comfy.......especially after a few beers .
Had ours since june last year and spent 35 nights away in it up until the end of october when our season ended. Only a few weeks and we will be getting it out again for easter.
Only complaint I have is that the kitchen unit is very heavy!
