I've had the same problem, opened up my crusader last weekend and little spots of mildew and a lot of condensation on the underside of the travel cover. Like you wiped with a towel and it's gone but don't want it back.  Didn't have a water trap inside so ordered and stuck inside on Wednesday, when I did that yet again condensation had been accumulating.  Still has the newness smell and otherwise bone dry.  We've got snow too but I would suggest (others might suggest otherwise) that you keep it closed for now till we haven't got the damp cold air, read on another post not to open when cold air about as it will draw it in!  All is not lost (I believe) but nice to know I'm not the only one with the same problem.

While I remember did you have the water trap inside before over the winter or have you only just put one in?  I bought the Kampa Damp Buster from 'greasychippys' recommendation.

Will keep an eye on your post for others ideas.  Hope you manage to sort it all out.

I think that's what our problem has been, not putting them in beforehand.  Hopefully we'll be all sorted.
