Ittinery for Halloween

Friday

After you arrive on site and have checked in,

You will be handed an envelope,

with the quiz and the children’s colouring competition,

for which there is a charge of £2.00

could you please hand any donations for decorating the Marquees,

or ingredients for the Pink Stuff to either me or Anthony

Nibbles & drinks in the Marquee.

Come on over after you’ve set up & when your ready.

Just bring along a chair, a drink, & a few nibbles,

& get to know everyone.

Saturday

Afternoon 4.30pm.
Kids fun & games

We will have a few party games for the kids,

probably lasting for half an hour or so.

Then it’s time to go & get your costumes on, ready for the competition.

5.30pm.

Fancy Dress

After the competition

I will hand out goody bags to all the kids,

so they can go around the site trick or treating.

I will organise it so that there are a few of the older kids to take the younger ones.

The site is closed to the general public so it will only be people on the UKCS meet

Camping there.

Please bring along some sweets or anything suitable for them.

Bearing in mind that some of the children will be very young.

After dark

we will decide the winners

of the best dressed units competition.

There will be a prize for the best unit on EHU

and one for those who don’t have EHU.

6.30 pm

Party, Party, Party.

We have the use of 2 side by side Marquee’s

+ a food prep area

( No cooking facilities )

So please bring along whatever it is you are donating for the table.

I will have paper plates, Plastic cups, Cutlery, & Napkins etc

So no worries about washing pots.

The Pink stuff will also be available.

So Newbies

!!!!! BEWARE !!!!!!,

It tastes like pop but reacts like Rocket Fuel.

At this stage I would just like to point out,

that the camp site has the River Trent running along side of it,

So could you PLEASE make sure that any children you have with you,

are aware of this,

and ask them to stay on the site’s side of the embankment.
