so sorry to hear of your misfortunes whilst on holiday, hopefully your having better luck and are feeling better now, you have my sympathies with the fibroid, been there and worn the t-shirt with that one a few years ago, so embarassing at times, I finally managed to get rid of mine by having an endrometrial ablasion done, best thing yet, it really did give me my life back again, hope you get sorted out soon with that one.
