I have secured a section of the site at Aberafon Camp Site, Caernarfon, Gwynedd from 11th July to 13th July 2008
Fees are as follows: £5.50 per adult, £2.50 per child of three and over, under threes are free, £1 per dog and £2.75 for electric hook up if required.
The host for this meet is BorderCaz
Numbers are limited to just 5 caravans and 10 tents only and a booking is required to secure your pitch. We would advise booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Please note that access to the site is along a single track road and may be difficult with large caravans or motorhomes.
To book your pitch you will be required to fill in an availability request form from their website for your pitch and you need to write in the note section that you are part of the group attending from 11th - 13th July 2008. the site will then confirm by email and request the deposit from you, being £15 and non-refundable.
You will find a link to their website from here
Once you have booked and had confirmation can you stick your name on this thread so we can keep up with the numbers.
About the site
A beautiful campsite on the seaside in North Wales offering a camping and caravan site along with a holiday cottage/bungalow for rent on the Llyn peninsula.
The site adjoins a private beach which is safe for bathing and there is access for boat launching from the concrete slipway.
There are 15 acres of valley grounds, 5 acres of which are sheltered with level pitches.
The facilities block is equipped with showers and shaving points. Hook up points are available. Laundry and dishwashing facilities are available along with a small site shop stocking the essentials during the main holiday season.
