I used a small fan heater with a Thermaset over the Easter break when camping. It was brilliant and I never felt cold once. I used it alongside the electric coolbox and a rechargeable LED light with no problems at all. I always unplugged the heater when using a hairdrier as I know these use a lot of electricity and could trip the system.

I think the forumla for working out if things will trip is as follows -

Take the wattage of the appliance and divide by 240 volts, the result gives you the amps, so for example a 2000 watt heater divided by 240 volts equals + 8.3 amps.

If your on a 10amp hook up, your getting close to the limit.
