I work for a housing association and were taking approx 17 children away to west Wales camping to basically teach them life skills whilst having fun.

We did the same last year but in 2 seperate trips but this year decided to take more for slightly longer.

We have 1 x 8 berth tent which is fine for the lads, and I have said they can borrow my diablo 600 but were looking for another 6 berth ish tent for very little money or 1 x larger tent suitable for 12 (and not take my diablo).

I've been scanning ebay and nothing yet locally and was wondering if anyone knew of anywhere or anyone that could fit the bill.

Not being snobby but must be a decent tent as we will be in west wales right on the coast and able to withstand Welsh weather LOL

yes theres already a couple of people been asking for camping equipment, but will try again.

Did mean to say anywhere that hires out seen a couple but want stupid amounts in deposit alot more than tent is worth

Thank you for all your replies but we have just been to collecta Vango Vista 8 from bristol combined with a bit of shopping.

Have yet to test it out but lady i bought it off was lovely and it cost £68 inc the bridge!!!.

Force ten its not actually booked yet but we have sourced it out so once booked I will let you know, or do you know of somewhere as back up??

Were going in Aug school hols. Last year we did wisemans bridge, it was only going to be for a couple of the youger ones who couldn't do the camp wales but then those organising changed our dates so we already had the pitch for full week so did 2 trips.

were going to Sandy haven in just over 2 weeks and more things have gone wrong!!

We picked up a minibus from a local school who were lendning ud the bus in return for a valet. Put petrol in it, drove down the hill and the back end of the exhaust fell off. Its so bad we won't be able to use it so bck to drawing board on that one.
