Just pitched. The front canopy is a MUST HAVE in our opinion.
View from rear corner showing the "cuisine" part
Left hand side with an Outwell Jamaica (for our clothes) and the porta loo. Carpet is from an Outwell Montana 6
Right hand side with another Jamaica with food in one half and plates/cups/cutlery etc in the other, kettle & toaster etc on the top, the table top fridge on an adjustable leg table so we get the fridge level, the EHU on top of the fridge, and some other bits n bobs.
My side of the bedroom - the only tidy side, wifeys side wasn't worthy of a photo!
We cook outside under the canopy no matter what the weather is like.
Photo's taken on our recent trip to Austria.
Overall we think its a brilliant tent

Austria is lovely, we've been many times before but this was the first time we took the tent with us.
Camping over there was very relaxing, everyone was friendly, the facilities at the campsite were very good and the site wasn't too busy.
The Stratus and Neptune TT's are based on the Biscaya tents. Stratus is same size as 440 and Neptune same size as a 500.

Hi Charlichoo
You said the Stratos is the same size as your tent. Really interested, as have just bought a Stratos and like the idea of the carpet. Did you have to cut it down at all or was it the right size?
Sorry to be thick!
Love the tent by the way - looks fab!
Thanks
Lesley

Thanks all for the kind remarks!
Lesley,
the Montana 6 carpet in our tent is only about 15cm short of being the full width but at the bedroom pod side we have it folded under as it was about 60cm too long. The stratus living area is 440cm wide x 350cm depth whereas in the Biscaya it is the same width but only 290cm depth so asthe Montana 6 carpet was 60cm too long for us, for you it is as close to a perfect a size as you'll get.
Millets have been the cheapest for it at £25 ish in the sales but we paid £50 for ours.
Michelle,
I'll see what I can do

how long does it realistically take to erect including canopy?
To pitch the tent, fit the bedroom inner , lay the carpet and add the front canopy takes us around an hour depending on the weather. If its hot we will take our time, if its raining we go a little quicker. I don't normally time ourselves, though I do remember one time wifey said it took us 45 mins to pitch.
What I notice more is the time from arriving at the pitch to when EVERYTHING is unpacked, the furniture assembled and I can sit down with a beer - and thats a couple of hours.
