went to kiln park last weekend and fell in love with tenby. problem is Haven had a good offer on at the time and now cos of the school holidays the prices have shot up.Can anybody recomend a site thats within walking distance.Iv tried Roweston and it full.others iv looked at all seem to be a drive to the town.Thanks in advance

Tenby does not have that much in the way of camsites close to the beach and town.

You might have better luck lookking a bit further out to Manorbier.

is this why they are all packed? are the schools in Wales on ther main holidays now? can some one telll me when they started and when they end

No the schools don't break up un til July 20th, you mentioned the school hols in your original post.

i was under the impresion the holidays were not the same time as the english ones . so is Tenby/Saundersfoot is a hot spot and i will have trouble in the high season. Thank you again

were booked for the first week of the school holidays at Stone Pitt Visit their website

it's between Tenby & Saunderfoot. Not been yet so ca't give a review.

It's not within close walking distance though.
