They usually have an age limit at adult only sites.
Whilst I agree it can be expensive for a family, and I don't know what age your children are, a teenager would use all the facilities, showers etc, as an adult would.
This is possibly why they charge the same price as adults.
Some sites only charge per unit, so they might be an option.
Yes, that's my point...if they are old enough to be charged at adult rates, then I should be able to book into adult only sites!,,,,,They will be 17 and 16 next summer.
The age of adulthood at adult only sites seems to vary. I think some allow over 16's and I know of one which stipulates over 30's. I am looking for one which stipulates over 60's then we can all have a good whinge together in peace and tranquility.
