Admin: Review posted. Back from 8 days here. Adult only site. Had a great time, relaxing and some interesting places visited. We joined the National Trust £95 for a year for 2 people as visiting some of these Stately Homes and gardens and paying entry fees each time can work out very expensive. Although the weather could have been better it didn't stop us having some great days out. A big thank you to my DW for getting me out there. So a few pics of tent, site and days out.
And she`s off
Loads of space and not overlooked
NOW SHE IS JUST TAKING THE P*55
Dinner Time.
No poppies this time Mucker
And I thought she said "A roll in the hay darling?"
BIBURY
The Bank Holiday Crowd.
The day after. Must have been something I said.
Chastleton House.
Elephant Grass. Better than any windbreak. Oh and DW.
Great photos. Thank you for posting them. Brought back some memories from my trip to the Cotswolds last year. So glad all went well for you. New interior deisgn of tent looks great. Great stuff.
Great photos Geoff. I grew up in the Cotswolds, lovely to see all those beautiful Cotswold stone buildings again!
Great set up and I love the chairs with their cushions!!

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.
Absolutely superb. Really chuffed for you both. Great set of pics, as one would expect, but without doubt, under the circumstances, this is by far the best pic (and sentiment, of course) of the year...

Finaly. Sod the weather. Its great to be alive.
Oh, and as for those poxy chairs and shocking(ly) pink lady-cushions, all I can say is... Thank God you only had a back door, and not a front one!!!

Lovely pics & so glad you both had the chance to camp so soon after a very worrying time.
But me for 1 loves the brightly coloured chairs & i think maybe you should hold back on directors chairs ...unless maybe get some old 1's off ebay & change over the covers from the lovely 1's you already have !!
Another thought maybe you should get the matching tent
Nice pics and brought back a few memories of Field Barn Park. I went there shortly after they first opened and that elephant grass was just knee high to a grasshopper.

You do know that I absolutely love the rest of it, don't you, Wendy? And that I think you did an excellent job of the pitching etc... and not in a patronising, chauvinistic kinda way either?
You did get that, didn't you? It did come across clearly in my first post, didn't it?
... and your hair looks nice.
... Have I done enough grovelling yet?

------------- Camping Tip #26: In an emergency, a drawstring from a parka hood can be used to strangle a snoring tent friend...or husband!!
Great photos and brought memories of last year's main holiday back. Snowshill Manor is a bizarre place but very interesting. Looks like it wasn't all rain - which is good. Glad you had a good time!
