Morning All,

Off to Le Brevedent again in 3 weeks & just thought I'd check out some Euro Breakdown Cover.

First time we went in 2009, locked keys in car (my fault!)...cost €80.00 (serious Pelforth Blonde money) then 25 miles from home, headgasket gave up the ghost!

We have AA membership, but they want over £100 for a weeks cover!

Anyone know of any 'bargain' cover to be had out there?

Thanks

A good deal for trips of less than 31 days. ADAC still wins for me because it covers longer trips and removes the need to have AA/RAC cover for the domestic market

I would like to point out that cheapest is not always best in the EU breakdown service.
I would make sure you read the small print. some will only offer a set amount and a tow to the nearest garage.
I use saga, and that covers me for even a driver if i am too ill to drive.
Not the cheapest but it will cover me for all i need.

Thanks for all the replies.

Especially interested in ADAC as we intend a few trips in 2013.

However, as a short term fix (due to no credit cards at present) we have opted for Green Flag at £137 for 12 months. It was the only company that offers Direct Debit payments. Works out approx £1.80 per month cheaper than my basic AA cover.

Hapus iawn.
