They fit an extra plate to the chassis and fit the mover to that. My brother has a 1992 Lunar Clubman and when I had my Rhyno Charger fitted in September he came around to talk to the fitter about how easy it was to fit to his caravan. The Fitter in so many words said that it would be impossible as on the pre 1994 chassis the front to back rail of the chassis is just too close to the wheel. If you want the job done you need to ask very carefully whether they can actually fir to your specific caravan

For a licence dated 1997 or later you must add together the plated max weight of the caravan and trailer, if the total is 3500 or less you can tow it. You may even tow a caravan with a MAM greater than the cars unladen mass the restriction was removed in 2013
Hi and Thanks for the info powrwheel have said they can fit but at that price and after being the the motor trade for years look fairly easy to fit the movers , but not sure about the Plate how long to spead the weight etc, thanks again for the info the Clubman is a 1996
all modern vans have a different chassis than the ones Lunar used to use,so it does need a special plate to fit a motor mover to the Lunar Clubman ,I did think about having one fitted to my 1991 clubman but learned to reverse it instead ,a lot cheaper. I prefer the Chassis on our Lunar it seems to be stiffer than the ALKO allowing less movement in the body when being towed.
