Has anyone got these and if so how do you find them? We like the look of them and know they sometimes have 20% off deals on their website but would love to hear what they are like and are they worth the money?

We have two they are ok, a bit bulky to store but think I read somewhere that they have made one with a slimmer memory foam to make storing easier .. If I had my time again I don't think I'd buy them they are very expensive & think an ordinary memory foam mattress & duvet would be just as good as well as being cheaper & easier to store
But that's just my opinion others may feel differently

We had them as everyone raved about them, but I found them to bulky and a bit constricting, each to their own though, you might love them.
We now have a memory foam and a duvet, in the summer a blanket.

The thing that attracts me to them is that normal duvets are too big for single bunks.  I think I'll give them a miss after these views though.

I know several people who have made their own. You need to cut down a single foam matress topper to the size of your bunks, and buy a single duvet. Then sew a seam in a king sized duvet, so that one side takes the foam, and the other takes the duvet.

The ppl I know that have them wouldn't be without them, but most agree they are hard to store as they are bulky.

I'm a recent convert. I bought mine during the Christmas sale.

I wouldn't be without my Duvalay now. Making up the bed and putting it away again is so much easier and although they are bulky they are no more bulky than having to store the mattress topper and duvets that we had before. The memory foam is top quality, we don't feel any lumps or bumps at all and the backache we used to get at the end of a long holiday has gone.

I have the thinner ones and the summer weight duvet which is more than enough. I can imagine that the thicker winter weight ones would be much bulkier. I did think about making my own with a mattress topper but a topper of the same quality as the duvalay one is fairly pricey. I'm a great one for doing things as cheaply as possible but in this case the money was well spent.

We have two and think they are great. Making the bed up, and packing it away, is so easy and the only downside is they are a little bit bulky but we keep one in the wardrobe and the other under one of the seats. Unless you have an issue with space then I would certainly go for them........we sleep better in them than we do at home! Buy the storage bag for them as this is good quality and keeps them clean when tucked away!

We wouldn't be without ours. The memory foam they use is really good and has made the beds in our FC much more comfortable. As we have a FC we have the winter weight duvets and they keep us lovely and warm (if it gets too hot in the summer we have an inner sheet so we can throw off the duvet and still have something on us) I would have thought that in a caravan the summer weight ones would be OK. We have found them alot less constricting than the sleeping bags we had before and alot more comfortable. If you are setting up the bedding each night and putting it away in the morning they are very easy to roll out at night but a bit more care is needed rolling up in the morning to get them tight enough to go back in the bag. They are quite bulky rolled up but if you have somewhere to store them during the day (we do) they are not a nuisance.

Ignoring the space needed to store them, are they more comfy than a memory foam mattress and a duvet?

I love the idea of these, they sound so snug, but the cost puts me off tbh, but will be looking for a memory foam topper.

 May I suggest, and recommend, the memory foam travel mattress topper from The Linen Depot. We bought two, they roll up quite small, come in a strong zipped bag, have a zipped washable cover, are very comfortable and reasonably priced.

we have a pair and we wouldnt be without them. got them off ebay for 25.00 for 2 new/never used. take a look on there every so often you may get to pick them up singly. My hubby suffers with a problematic back and these have improved his sleep no-end.

Not having tried a memory foam mattress and duvet separately I couldn't say for certain. The only factors that I can think off in the Duvalays favour are that they incorporate a cover for the duvet and mattress which is attached down one side and at the bottom so there is no problem with the duvet sliding off or your feet poking out the bottom (but you could make a similar arrangement up yourself no doubt). Also as I understood it from Raskelf when we bought ours was that the quality of the memory foam is top class - certainly we have found the mattress very comfortable but once again haven't got anything to compare it with.

Absolutely LOVE mine - I have the 4cm winter duvalay.

Yes, it is quite bulky but if it means I have a good, comfortable night's sleep, then that extra bit of bulk is definately worth it!!

we ended up buying a memory foam topper of a similar if not better quality than the duvalay ones, from a place called snug mattresses on line. Free delivery, and I have to say, the thousands of positive reviews on them are spot on :) I have a duvet cover on it as a sheet and roll it to store. Easy, takes not a few mins to set up or put away :) store on one of thebunks when we don't leave it left as a bed, which we do most of the time (so far anyway!!).

I have just ordered a duvalay for my daughters bunk bed in the van.  They look ideal and Raskelf are a quality product.
