Yes there is a guy - think he's called tourershine or something - always gets good references from owners after he's worked on their vans - not sure where he's based though somewhere east of middle of the country I think
------------- Caravanning is a way of getting a cheap holiday out of an expensive hobby
If there was one in our area I would definitly use it. We have to store away from home with no access to water. Very difficult to keep her looking smart.
Definite niche in the market for anyone wanting to start a new business
he still uses a pressure washer mmm may be low pressure but not sure how i feel about some one using one on my van more so when i would not use one my self
Paintseal is good, especially to stop the U.V. rays that make the caravan dull. I seem to remember they guarantee for 5 years, but it's not a cheap option.
had it on the car 6 years ago, does it work? yes i think it does.hard to tell though as i keep the car spotlessly clean anyway.same with the caravan but i am lucky as its kept at home and can be cleaned regular.
------------- the only silly question is the one you do not ask.

Linsee, I read somewhere a while ago Tourershine would be prepared to travel to do your caravan but you'd have to pay the extra for his fuel expense. May be worth a telephone call.
If it's the outside you want cleaning, what about the dry wash stuff. I think it's called onedrywash but there are several different brands and there have been a couple of threads on here recently. It's very good and perfect if you haven't got access to water.

I have looked at Tourershine web site and no where can I find a reference to pressure washing.
I have had another look and I can't find it anymore. I remember it was in a section that identified the different stages of the process - there were about 10 - 12 numbered stages, as far as I can remember. I think this has now disappeared from the website?? Does anyone else remember this? Simon23?
