2006 UKCampsite.co.uk Southern Easter Meet we have chosen Blackland
Lakes in Calne, Wiltshire, a three pennant AA awarded site.
Tents, caravans, motorhomes all welcome. This is an ideal centre
for a family meet, the children love it and they offer practical camping
with every convenience for your comfort.
The Wiltshire Down's which adjoin Blackland Lakes are ideal for "Off-Road"
activities, whether it be 4x4, Motorcycle's, Bicycles, or Rambling. “

The site offers a kitchen and licensed bar, a fully licensed well stocked
log-cabin style shop for all those essential items, mother and baby /
disabled and individual cubicles, sinks with plentiful hot water. There
are play areas and open spaces, a mile long tree lined trail follows the
perimeter. In addition to walking, with or without your dog, it includes
14 exercise stations along the way. Bikes may also use the trail. In fact,
the whole site is ideal for children with bikes as is the surrounding
countryside. |

The meet is for a three nights but feel free to extend your stay either
side of the meet, so why not make the most of it? All members who attend
will be pitched in the same area. We are looking for a host for this meet,

The prices are only: £15.00 per unit per night with
electric and £13.00 per unit per night without electric. The costs are
regardless of your unit type, the amount of people in your party, pets,
awnings etc. All bookings of 3 nights or less are subject to a Bank
Holiday supplement, in this case 20%.
