UK Camp Site Nottinghamshire Meet 2005

10th - 12th June 2005 Retford, Nottinghamshire

We are travelling to the delightful Retford area on the brink of the Sherwood Forest for this our Nottinghamshire Meet 2005.

Tents, caravans, motorhomes all welcome. Trentfield Farm Camping and Caravanning is a small, professionally run and friendly camping and caravan site. They are ideally situated for visiting the World Famous area of Sherwood Forest, The Cathedral City of Lincoln, Beautiful Clumber and Rufford Parks and the surrounding areas.

We'll have a Treasure Hunt by car on the Saturday afternoon, organised for us by the site owner, followed by the usual get together / bbq on the Saturday evening. Loads of fun!

On Sunday morning, we have the option of a discounted trip to "Go Ape"! It’s a high-rise adventure park, situated within Sherwood Forest. Have a look at their website, this is rated as one of the best days out for those over 10 in the country!

Rally Location

All members who attend will be pitched in the rally field. Floydfan will be the host for this meet.

The price for the Meet is a fantastically low £4.50 per UNIT, per night, including awnings, pup tents, car etc. BUT! There is NO electric hook up available! Although there will be a newly built toilet block with disabled facilities, and a new reception which will stock basic items. If you wish to extend your stay, you can do so at the same LOW price!
