A warm welcome awaits you at Drumshademuir from the Dishington Family. Drumshademuir, is situated mid-way between Kirriemuir and Glamis on the A926, just off the A90 Dundee - Aberdeen. The Park is open all year round and offers an excellent location for your holiday in this beautiful area. Pitches are available for touring caravans and motorhomes all with electric hook-up. CAMPING PODS ARE NOW AVAILABLE. We offer immaculate toilet and shower facilities including an accessible shower-room, dish washing area and laundry. Armstrong`s Restaurant & Bar are situated at the entrance to the Park and serve delicious lunches and evening meals as well as a Sunday carvery. The children`s play area and woodland walk ensure we cater for all the family.
If you love the area as much as we do you can choose to leave your touring caravan on a seasonal pitch or in our storage compound and we can site it on a pitch for you whenever you choose to return. New and previously enjoyed Caravan Holiday Homes are also occasionally available for sale so you can enjoy a home away from home.
The Park is ideally situated for sightseeing, hill walking, fishing, golfing, cycling and many other outdoor pursuits.
GLAMPING PODS, sleeping up to 2 - 6 people with 1 or 2 doubles and 2 single beds. From £50 per night (2 people) including electric, TV, mini fridge, kettle and heater - enjoy a cosy night glamping at Drumshademuir.

Nestling in the Strathmore Valley, only 2 miles from Glamis Castle (Childhood home of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother), 2 miles from Kirriemuir and 14 miles from Dundee you`ll find Drumshademuir.
Kirriemuir, ‘The Little Red Town is the birthplace of world famous author Sir James Barrie of ‘Peter Pan fame and the ‘Thrums novels. The quaint red sandstone town is the gateway to the celebrated Angus Glens. The glens reach far into the foothills of the towering Grampian Mountains.
Forfar, situated 7 miles from the Park provides an indoor ice rink, soft play area, leisure centre, country parks and a wide range of shops, bars & restaurants.
Throughout Angus there are a great choice of golf courses, walking and cycling routes, visitor centres, and great places to visit.

Owner Directions
From the A90 (Aberdeen to Dundee), take the A94 east towards Glamis/Coupar Angus. Follow the A94 for approximately five miles to the village of Glamis. Turn right onto the A928 towards Kirriemuir (passing Glamis Castle). Follow the A928 for approximately three miles, Drumshademuir Caravan Park is located on the right-hand side in the hamlet of Roundyhill.
From the East follow the A94 (coupar Angus/Forfar) from Perth to Glamis (for approximately 24 miles)then turn left onto the A928 towards Kirriemuir. Follow the A928 as above.
