We were disappointed with this tent, though it was an earlier edition (2005) so some improvements may have been made since.
The single sheet of instructions bore little resemblance to the tent and we eventually threw them away and figured it out ourselves. One seam ripped just on putting it up (as the instructions gave no clue as to where the pole was supposed to go, so we had put it in the wrong place).
Large gaps at the side of the porch made it draughty and wet when it rained (no mudflaps) - all our stuff had to be stacked in the middle in an attempt to keep it dry. One night of windy, wet weather saw all the toggle points leak and the tent become the leaning tent of Pisa - the only reason we didn't give up and sleep in the car was fear that the tent would blow away and damage someone/something. On assessing the tent next morning - which was now leaning at a 45 degree angle - we found half the carbon fibre poles had splintered.
Due to all the leaning/draughts/leaks/worrisome flapping we only slept in this tent and spent the rest of our time in the in-laws' tent (except for brief excursions to check our tent was still there!)
We threw the tent away on leaving the campsite, and have now invested in something of more quality. Have awarded four stars - two of them are for the low price.

A great tent for the price. I bought it especially for the head room owing to having had major back surgery which no longer allows me to get dressed in a dome tent! I can put it up on my own (While my 11 year old looks on amused or lays on top of it to stop it blowing away, depending on the weather!) in about 20 minutes and it is easy to pack away, actually fitting back into its bag entirely. The only downfall I found is getting the tension right to ensure the flaps at the bottom are at ground sheet level all the way round - to help minimise draughts. I would prefer to have a bathtub groundsheet for this reason but can't complain. This tent has served us well and stands up to awful weather and as we enjoy touring style holidays it is fine being put up and down almost every other day!
I wouldn't recommend it for 4 people as it would be cramped but for a couple or couple with one child or, in my case a single mum and daughter with a sense of humour, it's ideal!
I will be looking to upgrade eventually but am in no rush at the moment. The other bonus was that I paid for my tent with my Nectar vouchers at Argos which made it the best value purchase I have made in a long time!
Thanks for reading!

I used this tent at the weekend (September 08), and would certainly recommend this to others. It is easy to put up taking about 20-30 mins. The living area is very spacious and plenty of headroom and the bedroom area is a good size, although we had a double and single air bed and there was no room for another single - though advertised as sleeps 4 people. It is very good value for money at £59.99 compared to others of a similar size. Would highly recommend and hope we get a lot more happy camping trips with it.

A perfect tent for 2 or 3, I'm 5ft 9 and I could stand up quite comfortably in the living area. There was enough room for a table and chairs and cooking equipment.
The additional inner tent for sleeping was much bigger than we thought, we had a double air bed and plenty of space either side. It says 4 berth but I don't think you could have 2 doubles or 4 single air beds in there.
The Porch was a lovely addition to the space, and useful to sit under while keeping an eye on the bbq and goings on around us.
A slight drip from one of the hooks on the inside for the 'window' covering, but this was soon fixed with some 'duck' tape!
A lovely tent for a couple or a couple with one child.
