I took this tent out on a hike along the Ridgeway with me last year. As a backpacking tent in good weather, it's fine. Nice and lightweight, takes up very little space in your pack and keeps the wind off you at night.
Unfortunately the waterproofing isn't up to withstanding heavy rain, and for the price it retails at, I did expect a lot better from it. In the end I had to abandon my trip as I got thoroughly soaked!
Also, don't expect to fit two people in unless you're extraordinarily skinny.

The Rigel™ X2 offers the ultimate in lightweight backpacking, incredibly weighing just 980g. Featuring a striking colour design with reflective trims along zipper cuffs, it is easy to spot at night and includes a new double layer ventilation system for improved performance. The Rigel™ X2 is a 2 person shelter that is implicitly simple to erect and even easier to pack away, packing into itself, thanks to an integrated pocket in the ground sheet.

• Groundsheet: Nylon, 5 000 mm PU coated, taped seams
• Poles: Air-Hercules (Scandium Aluminium blend)
