The Vanlife and Overlander Celebration is a family focused event that brings together Vanlifers from all walks of life, with live music, food, trade stands, talks and more. It's is all about bringing everyone together, no matter how you travel or camp.
The Vanlife and Overlander Celebration 2025 is being held at the Newbury Showground near Reading from Friday 25th July to Sunday 27th July 2025!
Whether you're in a tent, car, caravan, campervan, motorhome, tent box, or even an epic overlander or expedition vehicle, you’re not just invited - you're celebrated. The festival is a place where everyone feels welcome, where friendships are made, and where the spirit of adventure thrives.
Evening Entertainment
The theme for this year is the 80s and 90s! Get ready for a fun-filled, nostalgia-packed weekend bursting with retro vibes, great entertainment, and plenty of laughs. To really get into the rhythm of the weekend, they are encouraging everyone to embrace the theme with some epic fancy dress—think neon, legwarmers, grunge, and all things throwback!
Whether you’re channeling your inner rockstar or rocking classic 80s and 90s style, it’s going to be a weekend to remember.
Entertainment Big Top
This year they’re going back to basics with their very own Big Top Tent!
This iconic addition will not only provide a cooler, more comfortable space but also deliver a fantastic atmosphere with improved sound for all the entertainment and activities.
Built not Bought Campers Boulevard
A brand-new Self-Build Campervan Trade Area! Designed specifically for those looking to build, upgrade, or enhance their campervans and motorhomes, this area will feature a fantastic range of products, tools, and accessories to help bring your DIY projects to life.
Whether you’re just starting out or perfecting your build, you’ll find everything you need to take your van to the next level.
FREE Childrens Activities
There will be free activities for children throughout the event, including arts and crafts, swing ball, child-friendly axe throwing, games, balls, and so much more.
Trade Village
A carefully curated Trade Area where each trader is thoughtfully chosen to ensure a diverse range of goods, offering everything from practical essentials to quirky and eclectic treasures.
Whether you’re looking for unique handmade items, camping gear, vanlife accessories, or something special to take home, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy.
Well Being Area
The amazing Wellbeing Area is a calm, welcoming haven where attendees can relax, recharge, and focus on their wellbeing. Whether it’s through mindfulness sessions, holistic therapies, or simply providing a peaceful escape, Lou and her team have crafted an area that truly enhances the event experience for everyone.
Day Tickets
Tickets are now on sale now.
The event runs for 3 days, Friday the 25th of July to Sunday the 27th, July there an option to buy a 4 day camping ticket for those wishing to arrive on the Thursday from 3pm. Gates close on all days at 8pm. All vehicles need to be off site by 12.00 noon on Monday 28th. Early Bird Tickets are available to everyone until the end of August 24, after which standard ticket prices will apply. See our discount code below for 15% off day tickets.
Camping Weekends at the Both Shows
If you’re looking for a brilliant weekend break, have we got a bargain for you! Camping is available for tents, caravans and campervans and you can camp for two, three or four nights to extend the weekend!

Camping is available for tents, caravans and campers and there are toilets and shower facilities. Electrical hookup is available, but is limited so don't delay.
Camping tickets are on sale online and you must book in advance for camping.
