What did we think?

We tested the K8000 speakers playing MP3's from a PDA and a laptop and at first I was a little dubious as to how such small speakers would be able to live up to the hype. But once plugged in and powered up, I was in for a real surprise. We selected a variety of tunes to play and the quality that they pumped out was superb. The sound level went up far too high for an acceptable level on a campsite, so we did not turn it up loud more than a couple of times, so as not upset the other campers! Even when loud the quality was not lost, and the speakers really did hold their own. We were very impressed, as were several other campers who witnessed the noise from this magic little box.
