Double Skillet Omelette

Double Skillet Omelette - Serves 6/10 depending who and how hungry lol

Ingredients

4/6 Sausages
2/3 Potatoes
8/10 Rashers Bacon
6/8 Mushrooms
4/5 Tomatoes
All above cut into bite size pieces
8/12 Eggs (cut into bite size pieces)

Cooking Instructions

1) Place sausages in Skillet and start to cook while cutting potatoes
2) Add potatoes and continue to cook while cutting bacon
3) Add bacon and continue to cook while cutting mushrooms
4) Add mushrooms and continue to cook while cutting tomatoes
5) Add tomatoes and continue cooking until potatoes are soft with both pans locked
6) Beat eggs and milk add salt and pepper
7) Add to pan and lock together cook on med heat for 5/6 mins
8) Turn pans over and cook for further 5/6 mins
9) Lift lid and test egg is cooked right through
10) Turn out onto plate and serve with beans and warm roll / toast

You can play with ingredient to suit ..... have also added some grated cheese
You get used to how long the last bit takes with your cooker ...... (I used mobile phone as timer lol)
