Tuna Muck

Ingredients (per person)

• 2 eggs
• 1 small tin tuna (drained)
• some pepper and herbs to taste

Cooking Instructions

Whilst the frying pan is heating mix all the ingredients together then stir fry until cooked. Simple!!!
Does look like muck, hence the name but try it!
If you have a non stick frying pan it's brilliant, easy to wash up too.

Preparation time to washed up and packed away including eating, 10 to 15 minutes..
