Vegetable Stir Fry

This is a quick and easy meal using a wok. |
Ingredients
- 1 chopped onion,
- 1 green pepper - sliced and seeded,
- Half pound sliced mushrooms,
- Pack of baby sweet corn,
- 3 or 4 spring onions,
- Crushed clove of garlic,
- Light soy sauce (or sachet of green dragon sauce eg, chow mein or chop suey),
- Pre-boiled and drained Sharwoods noodles or long grain rice.

Cooking Instructions
1) Warm two tables spoons of oil in wok,
2) Add mushrooms, onions, corn, garlic and pepper,
3) On a moderate heat keep moving contents for 5 minutes,
4) Add sauce of choice or a few shakes of soy sauce with rice or noodles,
5) Continue cooking and stirring for a couple more minutes.
Good for veggies. For meat eaters stir in any left over pre-cooked meat, fish or shell fish. Start to finish 15 minutes.
