Ever so simple. |
Ingredients
- Onion - chopped small,
- Tin of corned beef,,
- Tin of Baked Beans,
- Loaf of fresh bread,
- Seasoning to taste,

Cooking Instructions
1) Chop up an onion finely and fry gently in a large frying pan,
2) Add the can of corned beef cut into lumps,
3) Add the can of baked beans,
4) Add garlic, chilli sauce or anything else depending on taste or mood,
5) Heat through and serve with large chunks of fresh bread.
Valerie and I both agree that camping should not be disturbed by excessive cooking, so if it cannot be done in one pot we don''t do it.
