Lamb Casserole

It may take an hour to cook but this is one of the easiest dishes around to cook.
Ingredients
- Lamb (diced or slices),
- Potatoes,
- Carrot,
- Swede,
- Cauliflower,
- Broccoli,
- Peas,
- Parsnip,
- Onion,
- Beer (bottled or tinned),
- Lamb stock cube,
- Salt & pepper (rosemary if you have some),

Cooking Instructions
1) All in a pot bring to boil ..... simmer for at least an hour,
2) Have a beer, chat whatever,
3) Then add some dumplings (optional),
4) Cook for another half hour, turning dumplings once,
5) Have a beer, chat whatever.
