Lunar Caravans has released a new video celebrating the
caravan’s place at ‘the heart of the holiday’.
The attention grabbing video was launched ahead of the start of the 2015
season and captures some of the special moments shared by a family enjoying
a caravan holiday.
The video is shot in slow motion and with a minimalist emotive soundtrack.
According to Lea Lawrence at Lunar, this was done to capture the interaction
between each family member and the joyful emotions they share.
Says Lea, “A lot of people simply don’t understand why caravanners are so
passionate about caravanning. We wanted to educate them by highlighting
those golden moments that come when couples and families can spend quality
time together away from the stresses and strains of everyday life.
“The simplicity and relaxed pace of a caravan holiday creates an environment
for the creation of these precious moments – moments that become cherished
memories as we grow older. This is one important part of what people love
about caravanning and we wanted to celebrate it.
“For every couple or family the memories will be different but hopefully
most caravanners will be able to relate to some aspect of the video. It’s
already generated positive feedback – and a few tears – from our customers
as well as people who are thinking about getting into caravanning for the
first time. This is exactly what we hoped to achieve and we’re really
delighted’.
