When I initially made the enquiry, the phone conversation was
professionally handled and they were very knowledgeable and were able to
answer all my questions regarding the motorhome hire efficiently and
politely.
They then sent out their brochure for us to mull over. On
deciding that we wished to go ahead with the hire of the vehicle, again
the phone conversation was handled well and all points covered.
They then sent me out a confirmation booking with further details, and a
short questionnaire. Don't worry, I was not inundated with paperwork, it
was simply two sheets regarding insurance details. As part of the
confirmation they then allocated a two-hour time slot that we were able
to come and collect and return the vehicle. They were also
flexible in this as I had to change the times to fit in with our
schedule.
Upon arrival at their countryside offices I was warmly greeted and
proceeded to be taken through the details of the hire. They then
gave me a thorough tour of the motorhome that we were hiring, ensuring
that I was 100% up-to-speed on how all appliances and fixtures in the van
worked. Upon completion and settling the balance of payment, I was
on my way, about 45 minutes after arriving there. They even kept
my car in their grounds, making it much easier for me.
Because the location is in the countryside I was able to get to grips
with the size and height of the van for a while before driving on main
roads, this made me feel a lot more comfortable behind the wheel.
The motorhome I had was a 2.5 litre turbo diesel and drove very
smoothly, just watch the length and height!!
The inside was very modern with plush seat coverings and all modern
fixtures and fittings. The motorhomes all come with a DVD player and the
one we had was twin screen. Other appliances included a microwave,
three burner hob, electric flush toilet, shower, large fridge with
freezer compartment, electric water pumps and air conditioning in the
cab section.
The motorhome we had had a 100 litre water tank that was suitable for
around 4 showers per tank and also had it owns waste tanks, that you
emptied direct into the waste disposal on site.
Overall the motorhomes are of very good quality and the service
levels from the staff at Just Go were very high and highly professional,
a company I would be happy to deal with again.
