On our last Pennine, black ones were for window vents and Silver for curtains. Sorry, no recollection of white ones but mine was a different model.

Possibly for the trailer curtains? Mine were on curtain wires but might have been changed by a previous owner.

If it's similar to some tents there will be corresponding colour tabs stitched to the fabric indicating which pole goes where.
