I think the gas pipes wear out just as fast in storage as use and the brakes are probably more likely to cease if its not used.

I'll confess now we have had ours done at the beginning of one season and the end of the next so twice in three years. We do keep a very good eye on things and John is quite handy.

We went back to the original dealer and the first time we had another power point and en external gas bbq point fitted and I think the service bit was about £90.

The second time we had a new tap  and again the service bit was about £90.

Last time we got the motor mover man to do it and since he had it to bits anyway for the mover he was £80.

I think we will ask him again as Highbridge have upset me by insisting we remove everything before they service. I rang and said "you mean valuables and things in the way" and he said no everything out saucepans bedding aquaroll the lot.Well I just could't be bothered to do all that and try and fit it in the house and then have to load it back in again as well as two 70 mile trips down there.

How often do you have your folding camper serviced if you only use it 5-10 a year. And can you get it serviced by any garage or do you need a specialist. I am in Surrey and can't find anyone listed even though there is a dealer there. Can anyone help please?
