I can't judge your capabilities from afar, you may be particularly small and not have sufficient reach or simply strength etc., but what I would say from years of experience with various tents and now a caravan and awnings (but never personally a folding camper), is that ease of use often comes from technique as much as brute strength. Things like it's often a case slowly lifting a 'sealed' (sewn in ground sheet) flysheet slowly enough to let the air get in rather than expecting it to pop-up with a quick yank, same may apply to your camper.
OK, so I'm a tall relatively strong bloke, but I've erected big tents on my own, where instructions say two or more people required, it really wasn't brute strength, it was technique. My caravan heavy airbeam awning is supposedly a 2 person job to fit, but I can do that on my own with relative ease, but plenty of couples out there who give up and sell them on because they struggle too much, it can only be a lack of technique as they don't seem to suffer any physical incapacity. I've got elderly friends with a catalogue of ailments that should hinder them, but they can erect their awning (it's the same as mine) with relative ease too, it really is about technique rather than fighting it.
Before you give up and sell, try a few more times and try and adapt your technique to find one that works best. Having watched a video of your Camplet being erected, there really didn't seem to be much effort or strength required, the chap in the video I watched was hardly Mr Universe, but he did it with surprising ease, I suspect it was simply that he was well practised and knew the 'technique'. Try erecting with two of you a few times to get the feel of it, once you have become familiar, you may find the way that works best. It's a cost free option, and may just prove successful, if not, then the adverts it is.
