Hi Jean

Glad you like it, we are going to see if we can fit hte sun canopy on to the main cabin, as i think it will be ok as you have the cover over the top where its double, and the pole have an arch to them so i am thinking it would fit teh same.
We will try it but wont be till Bank Holiday weekend though if any good to you?
Like you we have bought everything, we got the skirts for hte bed, the awning and all new stuff to go into it. We travel mostly in the UK as we show dogs, and so handy for shows with them. My sister was a bit unsure when we were looking at it cause of the cost but hey its gonna last for a long time. When we bought the annex we had a zip changed on an Isabella annex so it match, as we wanted a door, whereas the extension doesnt give them to you. We didnt get the wall as we thought it would be nicer to see all the way through and the dogs like to look outside if they are in. We got the canopy mainly for when it rains, and means we can still sit outside and not get wet with the dogs.
You are clever if you made your own wall i wouldnt know where to start with it. Everytime we go to the shop i get told by my sister we dont need anything, but i always find something its terrible. We are hoping that our friends are going to get one, as they love ours.
Do you have any pictures Jean,
Best wishes

Melissa

Hi Melissa, I was really impressed to see you photo-it looks fab and just about the same! I thought that I had bought every accessory for mine that Pennine make (Including go faster- look pretty wheels!) but I haven't seen the canopy. Fantastic! It would be the answer to my prayers completely if it would fit on to the main unit and not the awning. Is that possible or do you think I would have to get it altered? I know it sounds obscene but most of the time there is only hubby and me and we use it mainly in Europe. We do have the awning but that is a little big for just 2 of us-that would be the answer!

We also bought the awning extension for when we lived in it. Its just HUGE! Did you buy the interior wall? I bought a plain curtain with metal rings and made my own. I have the other one spare if its any good to you? It matches really well!

Great to meet a felow enthusiast!

Best wishes,Jean

Hi Melissa / Jean,

Hubby and I are looking to purchase one of these next year, early spring. We have seen it in the flesh, so to speak, and it's absolutely gorgeous. We were initially looking to purchase a second hand Pathfinder but after the Hubby saw this he was in love! Yet again! Ha-Ha! Anyway, my question is this - what cars are you using to tow? I have a nasty feeling that out car ( Citroen Picasso 1.6 ) is not up to the job and we cannot afford to buy the Crusader and a car! We have both built our hopes up to buy one of these but I think we're both a little nervous to check wether we can actually tow the thing or not! Going to be severely disappointed if we cannot tow. How are you both managing? Thanks, Lorraine x

Hi Lorraine

You will love it when you get it, and your wonder why you questioned getting it. We love ours.

We tow with a C4Grand Picasso VTR 1.6 and it doesnt have any problems at all. We do a steady 60 with it and no problems at all. I am sure your Picasso will tow it just as good as ours does. It is also very good on fuel too.
You wont be disappointed at all

regards

Melissa

Hi Lorraine. Melissa

I actually tow mine with a new X trail but I am sure a 1.6 Picasso would pull it- so thats good news! I am thrilled and rather excited I can't wait until you put it up again at Bank holiday- though there really is no rush- this could be the answer to my prayers.

Lorranie I am not on commission but I traded by Pathfinder 2007 in to Don Valley Stadium. Absolutely nothing wrong with it only I use mine so much that I traded it in to buy this one before it got too worn- they may be interested in doijg a deal! Juast the same design with loads of extras but made of brown canvas! Any how I will try and amaze myself and attach a photo of mine! Its in my gallery!

Good luck to you both

Jean

Look forward to seeing a picture of your unit.

we saw this at Don Valley, we fell in love with it but not sure if we'll be ready to buy it for a while (until I finish my degree at least) so we're considering getting a second hand folding camper for now to put us on with till we can get one

Hi Spideygirl

Somehow I have not experienced much rain in mine but this new fabric is unbelievable. I wanted to pack down after a light shower and was quite prepared to get a cloth out etc but I didn't even need to do that! It had stopped raining

. I undid the elastic under the beds and freed the velcro. We gave the fabric a good shape and hey presto! Dry! I do suspect though had it been a heavier shower the windows may have needed a wipe down but a shake is all that was needed! Really amazing stuff!
