Jenny I am truely sorry I have just looked at your profile and seen you represent the Dorset Belle Company.

I must make it clear to all that the Dorset Belle is not has I referred to it 'an old barge'. It is a very pleasant boat on which I have had at least 4 trips on over the last couple of years, all of which were most enjoyable.

Once again I'm sorry for putting my size 11's in it.

Andy, I'm a bit confused here.  The Black Bull I referred to was the one in the Market Place in Doncaster Town Centre.  The nearest thing to a field I can think of is St George's Church Cemetery.

How much did you say you'd all drunk???

Jenny

Robert, dont worry about it!  I dont exactly represent the Dorset Belles Cruising Co - I'm their webmaster.  The owners are friends of mine, and I look after their website as a favour.  And yes you are right, the Dorset Belle is a bit on the elderly side.  Bournemouth Belle and Poole Belle are the newer of the girls!

They used to have an even older cousin working with them up to a couple of years ago - the Flamborian (formerly known as Boys Own) and I'm sure a lot of Yorkshire people will remember her from her Bridlington days.  If anyone wants any info on Flambo, they can contact me through the Belles website.

Jenny
