You put up slightly different by lifting the bed board and pulling side of canvas down and then work from inside pushing up the bars and fitting the side bars. Opening the bed boards is the longest bit and could be done in a min or two if you really had too but there is very little exposed anyway apart from the underneath of the bed boards and that is only for seconds! The middle is protected by the canvas anyway and even if doing slower, as long as you use the wet pack sheets when packing down, every thing else is covered by that too.
