Problem now fixed. The guy admitted the connectors were rubbish and they were using a better one. Also had a lovely man come and service the camper recommended by a friend he charged us £135 then rang later to say he had overcharged us and refunded £35 as the higher price was for a caravan. Needed 2 new tyres but everything else is fine. Don't get such honest people these days.
