OK - I'm back on a proper computer with

Just wondering if you can remember the outcome of this. We've just bought first folding camper....and set it up to run on gas tonight to test it. Gas getting to hob rings fine as they light first time, but can't seem to get fridge to light. Can't find this viewing hole for pilot light....the only hole is right at back bottom right corner of fridge but looks like normal moisture drainage hole that all frdiges have. The pietzo igniter did click first few times but no more.

The small hole in the bottom is the viewing window to check if tne burner is lite. It should have a see through cover over it. We find it can be difficult to see the blue flame unless you get down close and line up your eye properly so you can see straight down through the window.

There is no cover on this...just a hole straight through to where I assume the pilot light should be. Can't hear gas getting through there. Hob rings and grill work perfectly and you can hear the gas when turning the dials for those. Even tried holding down the fridge button with a extended match and nothing taking

Hi I removed my fridge and if I can remember correctly!
The fridge has screws passing through the sides of the cupboards into the fridge metal sides. Or also through the shelf runners on both sides it has a stop at back. You will need to remove the 3 vent grills to get at gas fitting/gas exhaust pipe.

I took my fridge and underfloor heater to a local caravan dealers with a workshop, the heater was ok the fridge had a new ignition unit fitted and tested all working ok Roy.

Found the two side screws and got fridge out about 3 inches...but no further. Assume it's connected.either gas or.electric and that why I can't get it any further. As it's gas I'm waiting for a specialist to come back to me.to see about getting it sorted

Hi you will need to remove the bottom large vent then you can see the gas connection/wires. There is a wooden stop lock screw to the floor. You will have to remove block or lift back of fridge over block. When fridge is sorted you will need to remove the small gas exhaust vent as the aluminium flexible exhaust pipe will need to be refitted. For safety have you gas system pressure tested, this will find any leaks pipe joints/cooker taps. When you take it for testing turn off cooker taps and open the fridge shut off valve in small cupboard on left side of cooker Roy.
