Hello People!

Can't help on advice for the two you mention, never had one.

What i will say is before you part with your dosh, have a good look at "Conway"

I started off with an old one about 10 year's ago. Moved up to a more up to date one after a couple of year's. Never had any problems, no leak's, no trouble with any part of the unit. Plus they tow like a dream!

Have a look around for a "Conway Classic" it's huge. I had one, i know.

Hope this help's!

Hi bandai1972, My family have had a sunncamp tt 400se for 1 year and we have have torrential rain ,wind and sleet. So far no problems.

That is from 2 11 year olds who sleep under the main bed area in an innerbed each.We also have slept 2 16 year olds under the main canvas who slept without any problems. Whilst I know the Sunncamp is around £1000 cheaper than similar models you get what you pay for, we have so far been very pleased that we kept to our decision rather than listen to the salesman. Then we could afford around £500 to spend upgrading to electric as with our tent we were non-electric.

Enjoy many years in your tt.

Thank you so much for all your replies.  Lots of mixed views but the Sunncamp owners seem to be very happy with theirs so we will shop around.  When do the camping shops have their end of season sales, is it the Autumn or not till January?

Thanks again for such helpful advice. Can't wait now.  Bandai

Bandai,

We got ours in October last year after looking around several dealers in the north west. They all seemed to be coming ot the end of their sales then, making room for new stock i guess.

As i said in an earlier post we got ours from camperlands in manchester apart from the price the service we got was top notch. The sales assistant was very knowledgable and gave us loads of advice even to the extent of showing cheaper and second hand models that would do us. We liked the no pressure sale approach and in the end went for a new sunncamp350. Just had to wait 6 weeks for delivery so this years our first one with it and so far im very happy with it.

good luck

regards

griv
