Stevie, we've got a 400SE and absolutely love it. I can put it up on my own if needs be in about 35 min or with help from G in 20 min easily. The trick is to leave the awning zipped on and when you put it away carefully foldit back as you remove poles. It's a big awning and cumbersome if you have to zip it on every time. Getting the plastic windows flat so they dont get creased is the most important. Ive got my poles colour coded with tape to make the erection process quicker too.

20 min is for ten and poles up mind! It'll take you some more time to hammer the pegs in etc.

We got our 400 SE from Camperlands in manchester and they do an excellent tutorial on collection and actually put the tent up with you, mark the poles and show you how everything works. Great service and v friendly too! We got a free electric multi-socet and have used it extensively- to the extent that we can plug in an electric heater for chilly nights etc in the trauiler body- cozy!

I would say that you gat more usable room in a trailer tent than a large caravan- the only advantage of those is that you can just pitch-up and chill if it's wet.

Towing's a piece of cake too!

Hope this helps.
