There is no PM feature unfortunately (I did ask abut this and there are no plans to add one, as I was told by the Admins).
You will need to write your email address as ABC123 'AT' hotmail 'Dot' com or similar. That's if you want your email address to be in the public domain.
I personally think that the PM function would be a very useful adition to the site functionality.
