gee wizz, from a1 praise, all i here now is problems with these tt. webbing rubbing and causing damage to the canvas, now its clips rubbing on the roof causing damage to the canvas. I am sure it will be covered under warranty - from where you purchased it, Just mention Sale of Goods Act 1979 when you return the tt.
