Hi- when I get there I pop into the tourist information to get a list of places I can go with the dogs, which beaches we can go on etc. We need the windbreak so they cannot see other dogs a mile away and bark at them. We have to take one with us when we go to the loo because he barks the minute we walk away, and if he can see us coming back(!!!) so I tie him up outside the loo then he is ok. I leave their collar and leads on all night because if I get up for the loo they try to make a quick getaway and its easier to grab them if wearing their lead. They're usually exhausted with all the fresh air and walks they are not too hyperactive, and like to go to bed early. We have been camping with us loads of times and it adds an exrta dimension to the holiday- last year they came to Dorset Steam Fair, they are barkers- terriers- but there were so many other dogs, and they were too worn out to do anything naughty at all.
