Our Pennine Sterling is called Michelle - because when we go camping we feel like turtles and she is "Me Shell" LOL

Our Pathfinder (whatever his name will be!) will be towed by 'Deggit son of Deggit' (a Mondeo) and 'Posh Pab' (a Picasso) - previous cars have been Odie (C3), Pablo (a Picasso), Deggit (Mondeo), Dennis (Omega), R2D2 (silver Ka), Tinky Winky (purple Ka), TK (Sierra) and Sam (Talbot Samba), and TK was the only girl!  Glad to find I'm not alone.

ScamisOH and I can't think of a name for our Pathfinder - he's definitely male, and definitely NOT a Percy!!  Any bright ideas?

How about paddy or patrick spelt (packtrick) because lets face it , it can be trickey packing everthing in just the right way

Or how about  (phics) patrick. Anagram for chips which go really well with scampie and a bit of tartare sauce. Mmmmm nice

Bobbie with an 'ie' IS a female name as far as I know - short for Roberta - have you not seen the Railway Children?!!!  I'm still hoping that once the Pathfinder is home, his name will just 'happen'!  If ScampisOH struggles pitching it, it'll be 'Bloody Thing', so let's hope that, for once, he reads the instructions!!  As for being bonkers - maybe it's a folding camper thing?

NO PeterJohn, but we did try out the beds before we bought our sterling.  The salesman thought we had gone out of the shop, but when he pulled back the privacy curtains ................. there we were LMAO!!  Don't know who was more surprised ......... him or us.

Something for the salesman to talk about when selling his units I would think for a while, have you ever been back out of interest.

  • Apollo 1999 – 2003 Small 2/4 berth unit. Side beds, Aztec replacement, higher specification.

Never come across one but this is what it says on the pennine owners website. Not a lot of use I know but gives an idea as to age. Welcome to UKCS
