You and my brother in law would get on
Like house on fire then.
His mate adam is on that voice programme at the moment , he also sang at my 30th. Incredible voice just don't think he's singing the right stuff. But then again I don't really watch it.

The guitarist i used to look after auditioned fo Ozzy Osbourn when Randy Roads booked out he got into the last 4 but didnt get the job it's goo fun though fiddling with Fenders and groping Gibsons

Lol, also the roofer we use he used to go on tour with his band can't think of their name now., but he toured with the Rolling Stones. No wonder he's deaf!
There's also a Bricky we use and he does a tribute band to the jam, they call themselves mr Bridger. He also knows the name of the band who the roofer was in, they must have been well known as when they got together couldn't get any work done.

We're in the middle of GCSE's in our house so no long weekend away for us. We missed the last bank holiday too for the same reason.   I know it's only this year, and it has to be done obviously, but I'm really missing getting away in the van.

Oh dear I haven't had a holiday for around 6 years until last year. We went to Greece had a awful time, so decided on camping, which do far has been good. That's until I just read this review and others are the same where I'm going.

Wish i never knew about this place! Went to Theobalds in Aug 2010 and could not wait to get back home! Myself and other's staying at the camp thought the wardens (husbands & wife team) would be better off working in a prison. They ruined our stay by being constantely nosy and so so rude. I do not know how they can behave the way they do and still be running the place. It is disgusting. I would not recommend this site to anyone and everytime i saw 'the friendly site' the caravan and camping clubs logo on the way in i laughed. Couldn't be further from! Only three showers for each sex. Building works going on constantely. I felt so sorry for the people who had tents by the building works and were not warned by the wardens that drilling, digging etc would be done less than 1/2 metre away from their tent! Very loud. Not peaceful at all. Better off putting up a tent in your back garden!

I am a wee bit confused now If Theobalds is so bad why are you going back? I know i am an oldie but we used to camp there back in the late 60's and LOVED every minute and the loos were chemical in those days

The Club tend to move the site managers around i have found most of them cheery and helpful only time i found a misery was at Normans Bay but it was only him the rest of the crew were great

We went 2011 wardend were great even found us a shady pitch for dogs and lent me an extention coz my hook up lead was too short

Not if they do A levels! DS is in the first year of his, then since DD is two years younger we can kiss goodbye to May for the foreseeable future. It's always been my favourite time to get away as well.
