Does anyone go away with there FC for New Year? I am worried it may be a little cold but I think it would be great fun. Advice and opinions please.

we were also at the same new year meet as sarahjane&jason, took plenty of bits and pieces with us in anticipation of being cold - electric blanket, fan heater etc but in all honesty the electric blanket is still in its box.  it was rather windy that weekend but once out of the wind it wasn't really cold at all

Well our experience is that most of the caravanners spend their time drinking in the awning.

We were away in our Combi Camp in December but used the caravan at New Year to give us more room so son could take a friend for New Years Eve. Also, the site was only half a mile from the storage place so seemed a bit daft towing the Combi there from home - a mammoth drive of 9 miles. [o)]
