Hi

We had one of those, we had a leisure battery, but if you usually go for EHU i don't think you will need one.  We also had a pathfinder and no leisure battery, never needed it.  You might want to get one if there was no EHU, but most places have EHU.

We had a 575lx and never used a battery with it.  The only time we missed having a battery was when we stopped off on the way home from scotland at a site which had no ehu s left.  Now we have a caravan we have stayed on a site without ehu and the battery was a bonus.  Thye are not that dear.

To work the water pump you will require a 12v supply via battery or a mains dropper.

Pennines have a built in transformer to run the 12 volt and charge the battery if fitted. I expect the trigano is the same. It does put a strain on the transformer.

Our friends have the Pennine Pullman and have never had a battery fitted, the pump and the lights work with the EHU, presumed it would be the same for the Trigano.

Roll on Friday! First outing in the Camper since last year!

You definitely do not need a battery for the 12v electrical facilities on the trigano.
